Delivery

• Free home delivery: Provided by DHL within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
• In-store pickup: Available in one of our boutiques. See the list of stores.

Return for Exchange

Returns are free within 30 days for an exchange, subject to the condition of the product. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange.

Only the cost of shipping the package is at your expense. The withdrawal form is available in your Lepage account. Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Return for Refund

Returns are free within 15 days for a refund. You have a period of fourteen days from the receipt of the ordered product to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for products personalized at your request (engraving, etc.), in accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete, unworn, and with their seal intact, to the following address:

The return of products is your responsibility and at your expense. Upon receipt of your product, we undertake to refund the total amount paid using the same payment method used for your order, as soon as possible and no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal notice.
